meet Kathy Conley
Kathy Conley is the founder of Work Wise Studio, where she works with leaders in moments when growth, complexity, or change have made the business harder to run.
An organizational development practitioner, Kathy’s career spans operations, human resources, training and development, and leadership across multiple sectors. She created the ALIGN Method from those experiences, having seen firsthand what it costs when customer needs, leadership intentions, and organizational reality pull in different directions, and what it takes to bring them into alignment.
The ALIGN Method is a practical approach to building effective organizations where strategy, culture, and execution move in concert.
Kathy knows the language of leaders. She knows the demands of execution. And she knows what it takes to build a culture where strategy and delivery move in the same direction.
