Speaking & Workshops

Structure without rigidity. CreatiVITY without chaos.

At Work Wise Studio, we design formats that help people recognize and share their own wisdom so that, together, collective wisdom can be shaped into meaningful action. Whether it’s a keynote for hundreds or a workshop for a leadership team, Kathy Conley creates experiences that spark insight, strengthen alignment, and move work forward.

With a blend of clarity, energy, and systems thinking, Kathy helps leaders and teams engage the big questions with confidence and leave with tools they can apply right away.

Signature Keynote

Bring Your Wisdom to Life with the WORK WISE STUDIO PRACTICE ALIGN Framework

Change isn’t a one-time event; it’s the constant environment organizations live in. The Studio Practice (ALIGN Framework) provides the structure to surface opportunities and challenges, the focus to align around what matters most, and the tools to move forward with clarity and momentum. It brings discipline without rigidity, tailored to your people, your context, and your goals.

This keynote introduces five practices that help leaders and teams move from vision to execution: Absorb, Legitimize, Integrate, Grow, and Nurture. And woven throughout is the one thing you must absolutely do to be successful — a simple but often overlooked discipline that can change the way you lead and live.

Essential Studies

Our two signature workshops go deeper, offering structured, high-impact experiences that connect leadership and teams with the practices and strengths needed to thrive. Each is designed to leave participants with practical tools, shared language, and renewed energy for action.

The WORK WISE Studio Practice: THE ALIGN Framework for Wisdom-Informed Action

An interactive workshop introducing the five practices of the ALIGN Framework. Participants experience a way of working that blends creativity with structure, exploration with accountability that ensures action is grounded in collective wisdom, not just quick fixes.

Studio Practice Work Sessions (Deep Dives):

Absorb — surfacing insights and root causes

Legitimize — clarifying significance and direction

Integrate — testing and adapting ideas in real time

Grow — building resilience and capacity

Nurture — embedding practices into culture

Different by Design: Turning Strengths into Collective Wisdom

Utilizing Clifton Strengths, this three-part program helps individuals recognize their unique talents and teams appreciate the diverse strengths of their colleagues. By seeing both the variety of perspectives and the patterns that emerge across the group, teams learn how to turn individual talent into collective wisdom.

Part One: The Individual — Explore personal strengths to better understand natural contributions and challenges.
Part Two: The Team — Map collective strengths, document shared norms around decision-making, recognition, and collaboration, and clarify role connections.
Part Three: Application to Work — Apply collective strengths directly to goals, challenges, and opportunities.

Strengths Domain Work Sessions (Deep Dives):

Strategy: bring big-picture thinking into daily work

Execution: build habits and systems that drive progress

Relationship Building: strengthen trust, communication, and collaboration

Influencing: equip leaders and teams to inspire and mobilize others
